1. Services

We offer worker and construction-crew accommodation in Oradea. Each apartment is described on its dedicated page.

2. Bookings and payment

Bookings are confirmed in writing. Payment is by VAT invoice for companies, or cash/bank transfer for individuals.

3. House rules

Quiet hours from 22:00. No smoking in common areas. Keep the space clean.

4. Cancellation

Cancellation policy is negotiated per contract. Under 30 days: cancellation 7+ days before check-in is free.

5. Liability

We do not accept liability for unattended valuables. Insurance is recommended.

6. ANPC

For complaints: ANPC SAL or EU ODR platform.
